2. Service Description

RapidGrasp provides AI-powered immersive learning experiences across multiple platforms including:

• Agentic AI tutoring system
• AR/VR/MR learning environments
• Blockchain-verified credentials
• BCI cognitive optimization (where available)

3. User Obligations

You agree to:

• Provide accurate registration information
• Maintain the security of your account
• Use the service in compliance with applicable laws
• Not share your account credentials
• Not attempt to reverse engineer our AI systems

4. Subscription and Payment

Subscriptions are billed monthly. Hardware purchases are separate and one-time. You may cancel at any time, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, including AI models, 3D assets, and curriculum materials, remain the property of RapidGrasp. Your learning records and NFT certificates belong to you.

6. Limitation of Liability

RapidGrasp is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect damages or losses resulting from service interruptions.
